Watkins Printing prints full-color plastic ID cards one card at a time, so you can order a single replacement badge or a whole staff set. Cards are standard credit-card size (3-3/8" x 2-1/8"), 30 mil PVC, horizontal or vertical. One card is $14.99.

Names and photos for a whole group
Send a spreadsheet with each person's name, title or number, plus a photo for each person. We place them on your design and print each card.
Turnaround
Orders under 25 cards print in 1–2 business days. Orders of 25 or more take 3–5 business days. Pick up in Logan or ship anywhere in the US.
Cards we can't print
We don't print driver's licenses, state IDs, passports, military IDs or any other government-issued ID, or cards made to look like them. Police, fire, EMS, security and agency badges must be ordered from the agency's official email address or with a purchase order. See the full policy on the product page.

Can I order just one card?
Yes. One card is $14.99.
Can each card have a different name and photo?
Yes. That option adds a $4.99 setup plus $1.25 per card.
Do you design the cards?
Send us finished artwork. Any print-ready file at 3-3/8" x 2-1/8" works.
How thick are the cards?
30 mil, the same thickness as a credit card.
