Postcards - 2 Sided (Postcards)

• Sizes: 4" x 6", 5" x 7" or 6" x 9". All three mail as standard, machinable pieces.
• Paper: 120# Gloss Cover (bright, vivid color), 120# Matte Cover (smooth, no glare, easy to write on) or 120# Uncoated Cover (natural and writable). All three are sturdy cardstock.
• Quantities: 25, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 500, 1,000, 2,500 or 5,000. Need a different size, rounded corners, specialty paper or a bigger run? Request a quote.

• If your colors or photos go to the edge, add 1/8" bleed on every edge: 4.25" x 6.25", 5.25" x 7.25" or 6.25" x 9.25". Keep text and logos at least 1/8" inside the trim.
• Mailing them? On the back, leave the right half clear for the address and postage, including a 5/8" strip along the bottom edge for the postal barcode. We print the addresses for you.
• Every file is checked by a person before it prints. If something won't print well, we'll contact you.
• Need a design? Ask for a quote and send us your text, logo and photos.

• Presort Marketing Mail (200 or more pieces): our lowest postage rate, delivered in about 3–10 days.
• Presort First-Class Mail (500 or more pieces): faster delivery, about 1–5 days.
• Hand-Stamped First-Class Mail (under 500 pieces): we address each card and put a stamp on it.
• The mailing fee covers list checking, addressing, sorting and delivery to the post office. Postage is not included. We bill postage separately at the actual USPS rate after your list is processed, for the pieces we mail. With First-Class, 4x6 cards mail at the postcard rate and 5x7 and 6x9 cards at the letter (Forever stamp) rate. Marketing Mail uses one rate for all three sizes.

• Mailing adds about 2 business days. Cards for addresses that don't pass the USPS check aren't mailed; we return them to you.

• Most postcard orders are ready 3–5 business days after you approve your proof. Mailing adds about 2 business days.
• Need them sooner? Choose rush (+20%) and we'll confirm your date.
• Business days are Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Turnaround can run longer during the holidays.

• We email you a PDF proof to approve before anything prints.
• Worried about color? Add a printed proof. Screens are brighter than ink on paper.
• A walk-in proof is ready in Logan in 1–2 business days. A mailed proof takes 3–5 business days.

• Pick up free at our Logan store, 110 W 1200 S.
• Local delivery in northern Utah and southeast Idaho (free on orders of $150 or more in Cache County and $250 or more on our other routes), or we ship anywhere.

Can you mail my postcards?
Yes. Choose a mailing service when you order and upload your list. We check the addresses, print them on your cards, sort them and take them to the post office.

How is postage billed?
Postage isn't in the price you see. After we process your list, we bill the actual USPS postage for the pieces we mail.

What's the cheapest way to mail?
Presort Marketing Mail, for 200 or more pieces. First-Class presort needs 500 or more. Smaller mailings go hand-stamped First-Class.

Which size should I choose?
4" x 6" is the most affordable and mails First-Class at the lower postcard rate. 5" x 7" and 6" x 9" stand out more in the mailbox and mail at the letter rate.
