When a banner won't do, choose a rigid sign. Pick the material that fits where the sign will live, choose a size, upload your artwork and see your price right away.

Which material should I choose?

  • Aluminum (.040" metal): the long-lasting outdoor choice for parking, property, directional and business signs. Weatherproof and won't rust. 12" x 18" up to 36" x 48".
  • J-Bond (3mm aluminum composite): two thin aluminum sheets bonded to a solid core. Stiffer and flatter than plain aluminum, and a great value for outdoor business, property and wall signs. 12" x 18" up to 4' x 8'.
  • PVC (3mm): smooth, rigid plastic with a clean, professional look for office, lobby, wall and short-term outdoor signs. 12" x 18" up to 4' x 8'.
  • Foam board (3/16"): lightweight and economical for indoor displays, easels, presentations, open houses and events. 12" x 18" up to 4' x 8'.
  • Coroplast (4mm): big, budget-friendly 36" x 48" (2 or more) and 4' x 8' (5 or more) signs for construction sites, grand openings and events. For smaller coroplast signs with stakes, see our yard signs.

How to order

  1. Size: choose your material and size. Sizes work either way: 18" x 24" can be a tall or a wide sign.
  2. Quantity: prices drop as you order more. Larger orders print on full sheets, so a few extra signs often cost little or nothing more. Full 4' x 8' signs are available in quantities of 5 or more; for fewer, email us for a quote.
  3. Printed sides: 1 side for walls and windows, or 2 sides for signs seen from both sides.
  4. Upload your artwork: we email a free PDF proof for your approval before anything prints.

Artwork tips

  • PDF or JPG at the full sign size, at least 150 dpi at full size.
  • Keep text and logos at least 1" from the edges. No crop marks or bleed needed.
  • For 2-sided signs, upload a 2-page PDF (front and back) or two files.

Mounting

Signs come without holes, and we don't drill them. If you need holes for screws, zip ties or a sign frame, plan to drill or punch them yourself after your signs arrive. To hang signs without holes, use sign clips, double-sided mounting tape or standoffs, or set them on an easel.

Turnaround

Most rigid signs are ready in about 5 business days after you approve your proof. Pick up free in Logan, or choose shipping at checkout.
