Business Checks

Laser business checks printed on security check paper and ready for your accounting software. Choose a top, middle or bottom check on a standard 8.5" x 11" sheet that works with QuickBooks and most accounting programs, in quantities from 250 to 3,000.

How to Order

1. Layout and color: top check (7 colors), middle check (blue or green) or bottom check (blue, green or purple). See the color chart below.
2. Starting check number: start a new account at any number, or continue from your last check.
3. Number order, signature lines and logo: normal or reverse order, 1 or 2 signature lines, and your logo in black at no extra charge.
4. Envelopes (optional): add matching double-window security envelopes.
5. Upload a voided check from the account (and your logo), and type the name and address to print on your checks in the box provided. We email a free PDF proof, and we print only after you approve it.

Security Features

Our standard check paper goes beyond the industry's recommended minimum security features, including:

• Heat-reactive icon on the front that fades when rubbed or warmed
• Chemical-reactive paper that stains if someone tries to wash or alter the ink
• Invisible fibers that glow under UV light
• Microprinted endorsement lines on the back that blur when copied
• Security warning band, padlock icon and a warning box on the back listing the features
• Printed background pattern that makes changes easy to spot
• Bank numbers printed with magnetic (MICR) toner, as banks require for check processing

Check Paper Colors

Colors on screen are approximate. Middle checks come in blue or green; bottom checks in blue, green or purple.

Bank Account Verification

To protect you and your account, we verify every new check order before printing. Please upload a voided check (or a letter from your bank) showing your company name, routing number and account number. Checks are shipped only to the company address printed on the checks, or picked up at our store.

Turnaround

Most check orders are ready in 3 to 5 business days after you approve your proof.
