Rack cards printed in Logan, Utah by Watkins Printing, full color on one side. Standard 4" x 9" cards fit most brochure racks and display holders. Pick your paper and quantity, upload your file, and we'll check it before it prints. Pick up at our Logan store or get local delivery. Need printing on both sides? See our 2-sided rack cards.
Size, Paper and Quantities
- Size: 4" x 9". Your file sets the orientation, so tall or wide both work.
- Paper: 120# Gloss Cover (bright, vivid color), 120# Matte Cover (smooth, no glare, easy to write on) or 120# Uncoated Cover (natural and writable). All three are sturdy cardstock.
- Quantities: 25, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 500, 1,000, 2,500 or 5,000.
- Need a different size, rounded corners, specialty paper or a bigger run? Request a quote.
File Setup
- Send a PDF at 4.25" x 9.25" (4" x 9" plus 1/8" bleed on every edge) if your colors or photos go to the edge.
- Keep text and logos at least 1/8" inside the trim.
- Every file is checked by a person before it prints. If something won't print well, we'll contact you.
- Need a design? Ask for a quote and send us your text, logo and photos.
Turnaround: 3–5 Business Days (2,500 and up: 8–10)
- Most rack card orders are ready 3–5 business days after you approve your proof. Orders of 2,500 or 5,000 take 8–10 business days.
- Need them sooner? Choose rush (+20%) and we'll confirm your date. Rush isn't available on 2,500 or 5,000.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Turnaround can run longer during the holidays.
Understanding Proofing
- We email you a PDF proof to approve before anything prints.
- Worried about color? Add a printed proof. Screens are brighter than ink on paper.
- A walk-in proof is ready in Logan in 1–2 business days. A mailed proof takes 3–5 business days.
Pickup and Delivery
- Pick up free at our Logan store, 110 W 1200 S.
- Local delivery in northern Utah and southeast Idaho (free on orders of $150 or more in Cache County and $250 or more on our other routes), or we ship anywhere.
Rack Card FAQ
- What size is a rack card? The standard rack card is 4" x 9". It fits most brochure racks, counter displays and #10 envelopes.
- What paper is best for rack cards? 120# gloss cover is the most popular for photos and bright color. Choose matte if people will write on it, or uncoated for a natural feel.
- Can I order a quantity or size that isn't listed? Yes, request a quote or call 435-752-5235.
