Custom Photo Calendar 2027 (Custom Calendars)

Make a 12-month wall calendar with your own photos and your family's dates. Each calendar is 11" x 8.5" closed and 11" x 17" open on the wall, printed in full color, with a hole drilled at the top for hanging.

Two ways to make yours

• Browse Designs: pick a style (Classic, Modern, Seasonal Colors or Farmhouse) and personalize it in our online designer.
• Upload your own: upload a finished 28-page PDF at 11.25" x 8.75" (includes 1/8" bleed on every side): front cover, a photo page and a month page for each month, a photo page, a notes page and the back cover.

How to use the designer

• Your photos: upload your photos under Images, then click a sample photo, choose Replace and pick yours. For full-page photos, use pictures at least 1650 x 1275 pixels.
• Your dates: click any day box and type: birthdays, anniversaries, reminders.
• Holidays: 2027 US holidays, popular observances and major religious holidays are already filled in. Click one to change the words or delete it.
• Cover: type your family name or title in the Quick Text list.
• Extra pages: the last two pages are a photo collage and a lined notes page.
• Use Preview to page through your calendar, then Continue to choose paper, binding and proof.

Paper and binding

• Paper: gloss (bright photos), matte (no glare) or uncoated (easiest to write on). All three are the same price.
• Binding: saddle stitch (stapled through the fold) at any quantity, or spiral with a black or white coil for up to 250 calendars.
• A hole drilled at the top for hanging is included on every calendar.

Quantities

Order 1 calendar or up to 5,000 of the same calendar. The price per calendar drops as you order more, which makes extra copies easy for grandparents, family gifts, businesses, schools and groups.

Proofs

Check the PDF preview carefully before you order. A printed proof is $15 (pick up or mailed), and one proof covers the whole order.

Turnaround

• Up to 100 calendars: 3-5 business days after proof approval.
• 150 to 750 calendars: about 5-7 business days.
• 1,000 or more: about 10 business days.
• Business days are Monday through Friday, not counting holidays. Shipping adds transit time.
