Retractable Banner Stands
Professional, portable displays for trade shows, lobbies, conferences, churches, schools and events. The printed graphic rolls up into the base and pulls up in about a minute, so one person can set it up and take it down.
How to order
- Stand: Standard 33" x 81" (most popular), Wide 47" x 81", Premium 33" x 81", Premium double-sided 33" x 81", or a budget X-stand in 24" x 63" or 32" x 71".
- What do you need: a complete stand with printed graphic, or a replacement graphic for a stand you already have.
- Quantity: 1 to 5.

Which stand should I choose?
- Standard retractable: lightweight aluminum base with a padded carry bag. The best value for occasional events.
- Wide retractable: 47" wide for more room for photos and text, or to fill the back wall of a booth.
- Premium retractable: a heavier, sturdier base for frequent use and travel.
- Premium double-sided: graphics on both sides, for open spaces where people walk past from both directions.
- X-stand: our lowest-cost option. The graphic hangs on a folding X frame. Best for short-term or indoor use.
The graphic
Retractable stands use a smooth, no-curl fabric that hangs flat and doesn't glare under lights. X-stands use a matte vinyl banner with grommets in the corners.
File setup
- Build your file at the full size of the stand (for example 33" x 81"), as a PDF, JPG or PNG at least 100 dpi at full size.
- Put your logo and main message in the top half, where people see it first. Keep the bottom 6" free of important text, since it sits inside the base on retractable stands.

Turnaround
