Custom Table Covers

Turn a plain folding table into a branded display. A printed table cover makes your booth look finished at trade shows, farmers markets, career fairs, church and school events, and hides boxes and supplies underneath.

How to order

1. Style and size: draped table throw for a 4, 6 or 8 ft table, fitted cover for a 6 or 8 ft table, or stretch cover for a 6 or 8 ft table.
2. Back of the table: open back (front and sides covered) or closed back (all four sides). Stretch covers fit all the way around.
3. Quantity: 1 to 5.
4. Upload your file and we'll send a free PDF proof before anything prints.

Which style should I choose?

• Table throw: drapes to the floor with soft folds. Our most popular style, easy to fold and pack.
• Fitted cover: tailored to the table with square corners for a crisp, boxy look.
• Stretch cover: spandex that pulls snug over the table and its legs for a sleek, modern look.

Table sizes

Covers fit standard folding tables about 30" tall: 4 ft (48" x 24"), 6 ft (72" x 30") and 8 ft (96" x 30"). Different table? Tell us in the notes or request a quote.

The fabric

Printed in full color on a wrinkle-resistant polyester fabric. Spot clean, or wash in cold water on gentle and hang to dry.

File setup

• Most customers center a logo on the front panel. Send your logo and any text, and we'll lay it out on the cover for your proof.
• Want a full design that wraps the sides? Ask us for a template for your size.
• Logos as vector PDF, AI or EPS, or a high-resolution PNG, print sharpest.

Turnaround

Table covers are usually ready about 4 business days after you approve your proof. Need it sooner? Call us at 435-752-5235.
