Printing options
- Black ink, front only: the classic return address or logo in the top-left corner.
- Black ink, front and back: adds a message or logo on the back flap.
- Full color, front only: logos, photos and brand colors.
- Full color, front and back: full color on both sides for a finished look.
Paper options
- White: available in every size.
- Warm White (natural): A-2, A-6 and A-7.
- Astrobrights bright colors: A-2 and A-7. Put the color you want in your order notes.
- Kraft and Beargrass Pearl (shimmer): A-7.
Turnaround
Orders of 1,000 or fewer are usually ready for pickup 3–5 business days after you approve your proof. Orders of 2,000 or more usually take 7–10 business days. Shipped orders can take up to 7 more business days to arrive. Business days are Monday through Friday, not counting holidays. Need them sooner? Call us at (435) 752-5235.
Proofs
Your proof is ready 1-2 business days after you place your order. Want to see a printed sample before we print? Choose a Walk-In Proof in Logan (1–2 business days) or a Mailed Proof sent by USPS First Class Mail (3–5 business days). A hard copy proof adds to your turnaround, and we need your approval before we print. Choosing a proof on one product covers your whole order. If you skip the hard copy proof, placing your order gives us permission to print from the PDF preview, and Watkins Printing is not responsible for reprints in that case.
Variable data mailing addresses
Want a different mailing address printed on each envelope? Choose Variable Data (+$20), then:
- Create a sample envelope with "Custom Design" or upload one, showing where the address goes, the font and any logo.
- Save your mailing list as an Excel or CSV file, with each line of the address in its own column. Separate columns for first and last name, or for city, state and ZIP, are fine too.
- Upload the list with your order.
Full-bleed envelopes: call for a quote
Full-bleed envelopes are printed edge to edge in full color before the envelope is folded. They are available in #10 and 6" x 9", with a 1,000-envelope minimum, starting at about $1,196 for 1,000 #10 envelopes. Call (435) 752-5235 or email sales@printwatkins.com for a quote.
File setup tips
- Send a high-resolution PDF at the finished envelope size.
- Keep text and logos at least 1/4" from the edges. Printing does not run to the edge (bleed) on these envelopes.
- Leave the lower-right area clear for postage and the mailing address. For window envelopes, keep the window area blank.

Prices start at $35 for 25 black ink #10 envelopes. 500 black ink #10 envelopes are $86.16 and 1,000 are $125.07. The price calculator above shows your exact price for every size, quantity and option.
What is the minimum order?
25 envelopes. Full-bleed envelopes have a 1,000-envelope minimum.
Which envelope fits an 8.5" x 11" letter?
A #10 envelope fits a letter folded in thirds. A 6" x 9" fits a letter folded in half, and a 9" x 12" fits it flat.
Which envelope fits a 5" x 7" invitation?
An A-7 envelope (5 1/4" x 7 1/4").
Can you print a different address on each envelope?
Yes. Choose Variable Data and upload your mailing list.
Do you deliver?
Pickup in Logan is free, and we deliver free in Cache and Box Elder counties. Shipping is available everywhere else in the U.S.
Can I match my letterhead and business cards?
