Door Hangers - 2 Sided (Brochures, Flyers, Rack Cards & Door Hangers)

Custom door hangers from Watkins Printing in Logan, Utah, full color on both sides on thick 16 pt. cardstock, die-cut with the hanger hole and slit. Sizes, Paper and Quantities
- Sizes: 3.5" x 8.5" (our most popular) or 4.25" x 11" (more room for photos, coupons or a map).
- Paper: 16 pt. Gloss Cardstock (bright, vivid color) or 16 pt. Matte Cardstock (smooth, no glare, easy to write on). Same price.
- Quantities: 250, 500, 1,000, 2,500 or 5,000.
- Need perforated tear-off tabs, a different size, fewer than 250 or a bigger run? Request a quote.
File Setup
- Send a PDF at the finished size plus 1/8" bleed on every edge: 3.75" x 8.75" for a 3.5" x 8.5" hanger, or 4.5" x 11.25" for a 4.25" x 11" hanger.
- Keep text and logos at least 1/8" inside the trim and well away from the hanger hole at the top (about the top 2.5").
- Every file is checked by a person before it prints. If something won't print well, we'll contact you.
- Need a design? Ask for a quote and send us your text, logo and photos.
Turnaround: 6–8 Business Days
- Door hangers are ready 6–8 business days after you approve your proof.
- Need them sooner? Choose rush (+20%) and we'll confirm your date. Rush isn't available on 2,500 or 5,000.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Turnaround can run longer during the holidays.
Understanding Proofing
- We email you a PDF proof to approve before anything prints.
- Worried about color? Add a printed proof. Screens are brighter than ink on paper.
- A walk-in proof is ready in Logan in 1–2 business days. A mailed proof takes 3–5 business days.
Pickup and Delivery
- Pick up free at our Logan store, 110 W 1200 S.
- Local delivery in northern Utah and southeast Idaho (free on orders of $150 or more in Cache County and $250 or more on our other routes), or we ship anywhere.
Door Hanger FAQ
- What size door hanger should I choose? 3.5" x 8.5" is the most popular and costs less. Choose 4.25" x 11" if you need more room for photos, a map or a coupon.
- How thick are your door hangers? They print on 16 pt. cardstock, thick enough to hold up on a doorknob in the weather.
