EDDM Postcards - Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM & Mailing Postcards)

Reach every home and business on the mail routes you choose. Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) postcards don't need a mailing list. We print your postcards in full color on both sides of 14 pt cardstock, bundle them by route, complete the USPS paperwork and take your mailing to the post office.
How it works
- Choose your size, paper and print quantity. Order at least as many as you plan to mail. Extra postcards are yours to pick up or hand out.
- Enter your mailing quantity and postage. Postage is charged only for the pieces we mail. Standard EDDM postage is $0.309 each. Nonprofits with a USPS nonprofit mailing authorization pay $0.187 each.
- Tell us where to mail. List your ZIP codes and route numbers from the USPS EDDM map (eddm.usps.com), or describe the area and we'll choose routes and confirm the count with you.
- Upload your design or design online, then approve your PDF proof.
- We print, bundle and mail.

Design tips for EDDM postcards
- Add 1/8" bleed on every side and keep text 1/8" inside the trim line.
- On the mailing side, keep the upper right corner clear (about 3.5" wide by 2" tall). We add the postage indicia and the "Local Postal Customer" line there for you.
- Put your call to action, phone number and website where people will see them first.
- Download a template from the Templates tab to see the safe area for each size.
Turnaround
Your postcards are mailed about 7 to 10 business days after you approve your proof. That covers printing, bundling and post office drop-off. USPS then delivers EDDM mail to the routes, usually within a few days. Need it to arrive by a certain date? Enter it in Preferred Mail Date and we will plan around it, or call us at (435) 752-5233.
Nonprofit postage
The nonprofit postage price is only for organizations with an active USPS nonprofit mailing authorization. Choose the nonprofit postage class and enter your authorization number. If we cannot verify it, we will contact you before mailing and bill the standard postage difference.
