Folder Details
- Standard 9" x 12" folder with two inside pockets. Holds 8.5" x 11" sheets.
- 14pt cardstock with a high-gloss UV coating on the outside. The inside is uncoated.
- Full color on the outside, or add inside printing for the inside panels and pockets.
- Printing the inside too? Upload one 2-page PDF: page 1 outside, page 2 inside.
- Business card slits on the left pocket, the right pocket, both pockets, or none.
- Quantities of 250, 500, 1,000, 2,500 or 5,000.
- Need a different size, paper, foil, spot UV or a custom shape? Request a quote.

Designing on the Website
- Creating your own design on the website is free. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to call us at 435-752-5235.
Setting Up Your File
- Folders are printed flat, then die cut and folded. Please start from our folder template so your design lines up with the folds and pockets.
- Keep text and logos at least 3/8" inside the edges and folds, and extend background color past the edges.
- Not sure your file is ready? Upload what you have. We'll check it and send you a PDF proof before anything prints.
Turnaround Is 12–15 Business Days after Proof Approval
- We'll email your PDF proof within 1 business day of your order.
- Once you approve it, your folders will be ready for pickup in Logan in 12–15 business days. Shipped orders take a few more days in transit.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Turnaround can run longer during the holidays.
Proofing
- Every folder order gets a PDF proof by email. We need your approval (by email or phone) before we print.
- Printed proofs aren't available for folders.
- Colors on your monitor may not match the printed piece: screens are RGB and brighter, while printing is CMYK.
- Changes after your approval may add time and cost.
