Printing the inside too? Upload one 2-page PDF: page 1 is the outside of the folder and page 2 is the inside (inside panels and pockets). Use the same folder template for both pages. If you design the outside online or only have the outside ready, we’ll contact you for the inside artwork before we send your PDF proof.

- Without an account there is nowhere to save your designs and images.
Uploaded Design Saving Process
- After you have uploaded your design, choose your specifications, click the "I agree to Terms of Use" box, then click either the "Save Design and Continue" or the "Save Design and Checkout" button at the bottom.
- If this saving process is not completed, your design will be lost.
- Designs will be stored for 1 year.
To upload the correct file size with bleed:
A bleed of .5" is required around the outside edges. The safe margin is .375" inside of the actual size. This ensures that everything important is not cut off.
Example (For this example, bleed requirement was only .125". Please allow .5" bleed for presentation folders.):
- Design File Size: 5.25" x 7.25"
- Actual Size: 5"x 7"
- Safe Zone Size: 4.75" x 6.75"
If your file is not set up correctly, you risk affecting the quality of your printed product. Please make sure the following are met before uploading:
- Bleed - .5" outside actual size
- Safe Zone - .375" inside actual size
- Resolution - 300 dpi
- Colors - CMYK; not RGB
- File Size - no larger than 50mb
- Pdf or jpg files are preferred
- We also accept .png, .zip, and .psd file formats
We do offer Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator design templates to get you started. Our required settings are already incorporated into them. These templates can be found on our "Template Files" page. (There is also a quick link in the footer menu.)
