Ink and Paper
- Choose full color or black ink. Letterhead is printed on the front only.
- Paper is 70# white uncoated with a smooth finish. It writes well and runs through laser and inkjet printers.
- Sizes: 8.5" x 11" in quantities of 250, 500, 1,000, 2,500 or 5,000.
- Need a different paper, a linen or cotton sheet, printing on the back, or another quantity? Request a quote.
Create or Log In to Your Online Account
- Without an account there is nowhere to save your designs and images.
Online Designer Saving Process
- After you have completed your design, click the "Continue" button in the upper right corner.
- Name your file and choose your specifications, click the "I agree to Terms of Use" box, then click either the "Save Design and Continue" or the "Save Design and Checkout" button at the bottom.
- If this saving process is not completed, your design will be lost.
- Designs will be stored for 1 year.
Designing on the Website
- Creating your own design on the website is free. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to call us at 435-752-5235.
Understanding Bleed
- No bleed is required for letterhead.
- The file size should be the actual size of the letterhead (8.5" x 11").
- Please allow a safe margin of 1/8" on all sides for anything you don't want cut off.
Turnaround Is 8–10 Business Days after Proof Approval
- Your letterhead will be ready for pickup in Logan 8–10 business days after your order (or after you approve a printed proof). Shipped orders take a few more days in transit.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Turnaround can run longer during the holidays.
Understanding Proofing
- If you don't choose a printed proof, we print from the PDF preview you approve when you order.
- If you're worried about color, choose a printed proof. Colors on your monitor may not match the printed piece: screens are RGB and brighter, while printing is CMYK.
- A walk-in proof is ready in Logan in 1–2 business days. A mailed proof takes 3–5 business days by USPS First Class Mail. Either one adds that time to your order.
- If you request a proof, we need your approval (in person, by phone or by email) before we print. Changes that need another printed proof add another business day and are charged at pickup.
- If you don't request a printed proof, placing your order gives us permission to print. Watkins Printing isn't responsible for reprints if you didn't request a printed proof.
