Full color plastic ID cards and name badges for employees, volunteers, students, members and events. Each card is the same size and thickness as a credit card or driver's license (3-3/8" x 2-1/8", 30 mil PVC), with a clear protective coating that resists scratches and fading. Order one card or up to 500.

How to Order
- Choose horizontal or vertical, enter how many cards you need, and pick your options.
- Upload your design as a PDF, PNG or JPG sized 3-3/8" x 2-1/8" (horizontal) or 2-1/8" x 3-3/8" (vertical). If color runs to the edge, add 1/8" of bleed on each side. For a printed back, include a second page.
- Different name or photo on each card? Choose that option, then send a spreadsheet (Excel or CSV) with one row per card, plus photos named to match, for example jane-smith.jpg. Upload them with your order or email them to jobs@printwatkins.com with your order number. Barcodes, QR codes and ID numbers can come from your spreadsheet too.
- Approve your proof. We email a free PDF proof and print once you approve it.
Design Tips
- Keep text and logos at least 1/8" inside the edge of the card.
- If you add a slot punch, leave the top 1/2" of the card clear.
- For photo IDs, use a head-and-shoulders photo against a plain, light background.
- Use the original photo file from your phone or camera, not a screenshot.
Badge Accessories
We can attach one to each card so your badges are ready to wear: clear strap clip $0.59, black breakaway safety lanyard $1.25, or retractable badge reel with belt clip $2.49. A clear vertical badge holder is $0.99. Add a slot punch or a badge holder so the clip, lanyard or reel has something to attach to.
Turnaround
Orders under 25 cards are usually ready in 1–2 business days after you approve your proof. Orders of 25 or more take 3–5 business days.

Can I order just one card?
Yes. A single card is $14.99, and most single cards are ready in 1–2 business days.
Can each card have a different name and photo?
Yes. Choose "Different name, photo or number on each card" and send a spreadsheet and photos. It adds a $4.99 setup charge plus $1.25 per card.
What size are the cards?
Standard credit card size, 3-3/8" x 2-1/8", on 30 mil plastic, the same thickness as a driver's license. They can be printed horizontal or vertical.
Do you have lanyards and badge reels?
Yes. Choose a strap clip, breakaway lanyard or retractable reel in the options, and we attach one to each card.
