- Care Instructions: Machine wash cold. Inside out with like colors. Only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry low. Do not iron.

Online Designer Saving Process

- After you have completed your design, click the "Continue" button in the upper right corner, then name your design, and push "Ok."
- Choose your specifications, click the "I agree to Terms of Use" box, then click either the "Save Design and Continue" or the "Save Design and Checkout" button at the bottom.
- If this saving process is not completed, your design will be lost.
- Designs will be stored for 1 year.

Designing on the Website

- Creating your own design on the website is free. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to call us at 435-752-5235.

Understanding Bleed

- No bleed is necessary for shirts.
- Maximum file size is 8.5" x 11" or 11" x 8.5"

Turnaround is 5-7 Business Days after Proof Approval

- From the time of order submission, it will take 1 business day to complete your proof. Once the proof has been approved, it will take 5-7 business days until your order is ready for pick up. If your order is being shipped, it can take up to 11 business days to receive your order.
- Business days are Monday through Friday. If a holiday falls on a business day, that day is not included in the turnaround time.
- On Fridays, our machines are shut down early for end-of-week cleaning.

Understanding Proofing

- Proofing adds to turnaround time.
- If you request a proof, we will email it to you and must receive your approval (in person, by phone, or email) to complete the printing process.
- If you need to make changes to your order and require another proof, another business day will be added to your time frame.
- If you do not request a proof, placement of your order gives us permission to print without going through our proofing department. Watkins Printing will not be responsible for reprints if you are dissatisfied with your order and you did not request a proof.

Shirt Colors

- We have to add another process in order for the design to show well on color, so colored shirts are a little more than white ones.

Design Placement

- Main Design
  - Center Front -- Centered on the front of the shirt a few inches down from the neckline
  - Left Front -- On the wearer's left side of front (nametag position)
- Additional Design
  - Center Back -- Centered on the back of the shirt a few inches down from the neckline
  - Left side -- Centered on the left side of the shirt under the armscye a few inches up from the hem
  - Right side -- Centered on the right side of the shirt under the armscye a few inches up from the hem

To Order Multiple Sizes and/or Colors of the Same Design

- Our website requires a design to be associated with each size/color of shirt ordered. In order to have the same design printed on different size or color of shirt, follow the steps below: (You might want to copy or take a picture of these instructions. As you progress through the steps, they will no longer be visible.)
  1. Choose your desired size, quantity, color, design placement, and proof preference.
  2. Custom design your shirt or upload a design. When you are finished with your design, click on "Continue" button in the upper right corner to save your design.
  3. Verify your quantity, color, design placement, and proof preference. In order to save your design, you must agree to the terms of use and either click on "Save Design and Continue" or "Save Design And Checkout." Without clicking one of those, your design will be lost when you leave the page! (It doesn't really matter which one you choose, just CHOOSE one and click on it.)
  4. Then, to order a different size, style, or color of shirt with the same design, go to your shopping cart. Under the thumbnail of the shirt with the design you want, click on "Copy to another version."
  5. Choose "Same Product & Same Size" if you are changing color but ordering the same size, or "Same Product & Different Size" if you are changing size.
  6. If you chose "Different Size," select your size and uncheck "Resize Template." Click "Continue."
  7. Edit your design if necessary and click "Continue" when you are done.
  8. Edit your quantity, color, design placement, and proof preference if necessary.
  9. Again, agree to the terms and click on "Save Design and Continue" or "Save Design and Checkout."
  10. Repeat the process again for each size and/or color variation you need.
