Custom Die-Cut Stickers

Full color stickers on thick 7 mil white vinyl, laminated and cut around your design. They hold up to water, sun and scratches, so they're great on laptops, water bottles, coolers, cars, packaging, giveaways and events.

How to order

1. Size: pick the box your sticker fits in, from 2" x 2" up to 5" x 5" or 4" x 6".
2. Shape: contour cut (follows your design's outline), circle, square, rectangle, rounded-corner rectangle or oval.
3. Cut line: for contour cut stickers, we can make the cut line for you ($20 per design), or include your own vector cut line in the file.
4. Finish and adhesive: gloss or matte laminate; permanent or removable adhesive.
5. Quantity: 25 to 1,000 stickers. Upload your file and we'll send a free PDF proof.

How long do they last?

• Permanent adhesive: up to 5 years outdoors.
• Removable adhesive: up to 3 years outdoors, and peels off cleanly.

File setup

• Send a high resolution PDF or PNG at actual size with 1/8" bleed past the cut line.
• Keep text and small details at least 1/16" inside the cut line.
• One design per order. For several designs, add each one to your cart separately.

Turnaround

Die-cut stickers usually ship or are ready for pickup about 6 business days after you approve your proof.
