- Without an account there is nowhere to save your designs and images.
- After you have uploaded your design, choose your specifications, click the "I agree to Terms of Use" box, then click either the "Save Design and Continue" or the "Save Design and Checkout" button at the bottom.
- If this saving process is not completed, your design will be lost.
- Designs will be stored for 1 year.

Signatures must be supplied in black ink or sharp black and white copy only.
To upload the correct file size with bleed:
A 3/8" increase in each direction (3/16" on each side) is required for file size. The safe margin is 3/16" (.1875") around all four sides inside of the actual size. This ensures that everything important is included in your design. This principle applies to all uploads.
Example:
- Design File Size: 1-7/16" x 2-3/16"
- Actual Size: 1-1/16"x 1-13/16"
- Safe Zone Size: 11/16" x 1-1/2"
If your file is not set up correctly, you risk affecting the quality of your printed product. Please make sure the following are met before uploading:
- Bleed - .1875" outside actual size
- Safe Zone - .1875" inside actual size
- Resolution - 300 dpi
- File Size - no larger than 50mb
- Pdf or jpg files are preferred
- We also accept .png, .zip, and .psd file formats
We do offer Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator design templates to get you started. Our required settings are already incorporated into them. These templates can be found on our "Template Files" page. (There is also a quick link in the footer menu.)
