- Without an account there is nowhere to save your designs and images.
- After you have uploaded your design, choose your specifications, click the "I agree to Terms of Use" box, then click either the "Save Design And Continue" or the "Save Design And Checkout" button at the bottom.
- If this saving process is not completed, your design will be lost.
- Designs will be stored for 1 year.
To upload the correct file size:
No bleed is required for letterhead. You can submit a file the actual size of the letterhead (8.5" x 11"). Please allow a 1/8" margin on all sides for anything you don't want cut off.
Example:
- Design File Size: 8.5" x 11"
- Actual Size: 8.5" x 11"
- Safe Zone Size: 8.25" x 10.75"
If your file is not set up correctly, you risk affecting the quality of your printed product. Please make sure the following are met before uploading:
- Safe Zone - .125" inside actual size
- Resolution - 300 dpi
- Colors - CMYK; not RGB
- File Size - no larger than 50mb
- Pdf or jpg files are preferred
- We also accept .png, .zip, and .psd file formats
We do offer Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator design templates to get you started. Our required settings are already incorporated into them. These templates can be found on our "Template Files" page. (There is also a quick link in the footer menu.)
