Attaching Files to Email

Email is a quick and easy way to send us small files such as a font, graphic logo, or PDF document.

Our server can accomodate up to 10 MB for Email attachments. Be aware, however, that many email servers are limited to much smaller file attachments. If you need to send larger files, please use our FTP or Web Upload services.

For faster service, send a carbon copy of your email to your sales person. They'll be informed that the file has been sent, and will be able to put it into production sooner.

Guidelines

Compress multiple files into an archive using StuffIt® on the Macintosh or PKZip for Windows.
Please include the following information in your email message:
- Your name or company name
- Short job description
- Indication of software and platform (eg. "Windows QuarkXPress" or "Macintosh Adobe InDesign"
- Person to contact for questions
- Telephone number
- Your salesperson's name
